Please note that as of May 1, 2007, Beaufort County has issued an additional 1% Sales and Use Tax which will be required to be paid by all renters. Further information can be found on the Beaufort County government website.

Weeks run 4 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. the following Saturday.

*To guarantee your reservation, a $150 deposit for the condo is required within five (5) days after date of booking. A confirmation letter will be e-mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance will be due three weeks before your arrival date. All rates are subject to a South Carolina state tax of 11% (this includes the new Beaufort County tax). All dollar amounts are U.S. currency. Rates are subject to change.

**Must be at least a 3 night minimum. Nights must occur within the same week (Weeks run 4 p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. the following Saturday).
